Patty Magie & Megan Vennie have been together in the Real Estate business for a combined total of 36 years.  In 2005 they came together merging unsurpassed talent in buying, selling, marketing and community support.

While Real Estate is their business, Patty and Megan both support their community in many other organizations promoting healthy neighborhoods.

Patty currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Pike/Wayne Association of Board of Realtors.  At the same time, she sits on the Wayne Memorial Hospital Community Advisory Board.  Along with this Patty and Megan support in volunteer activism for organizations such as the Pike/Wayne Red Cross by donating funding, time, and themselves.  Pattymegan is also a large supporter of the Hemlock Farms Volunteer Fire & Rescue Dept. located within the Hemlock Community.

This is not only where they work, this is where they have grown up, raised their family and supported friends, neighbors and community organizations..this has been their home and they know how to help you make it yours as well.
